Miriam Doyle – President
As Principal Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Elite Pumps & Mechanical Services, LLC established in 2017, Miriam brings more than 15 years of progressive, successful experience in all phases of water and wastewater treatment and pump management services. She is responsible for the overall business operation, strategic direction, public relations, and long-term sustainability while providing expertise relative to the industry. Together with her team, she has grown the company to include over 20 employees, open a second location in Dripping Springs and provide services throughout the entire state of Texas.
Juan Colejio – Vice President/Field Manager
He has 13 years of experience in the water and wastewater business and pump repair. He has worked in this industry as a field technician, purchaser, and Service Manager. He supervises all repairs and services. He dispatches all field service personnel daily for customer service requests. He is very highly experienced in his field.

Experience includes all aspects of the repair & installation of equipment in the industrial, water & wastewater, high-rise office buildings & commercial industries.
